If yes, join Mindfulness Educator Nancy Siegel for an enriching journey of collective learning and profound personal growth. Through exercises, meditations and discussion, you will learn the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion. 
Research shows that mindfulness and self compassion skills are associated with:

In this introductory workshop you will learn how to:

  • Behave, think, and eat in a way that expresses care for our own wellbeing 
  • Replace unhealthy thought patterns such as critical self-talk with caring, constructive, and helpful thought patterns
  • Cultivate the mindfulness and self-compassion skills for establishing a sense of calm, care and wellbeing amidst our busy lives
  • Become more resilient in managing stress and bouncing back from life's setbacks 
  • Generate new, life-long habits of mind that instill a sense of calm, focus, and well-being throughout our daily lives
  • Explore our values and develop the skills for living in congruence with those values
